Caroline Aslett - Principal
Modern, Tap & Ballet
Caroline trained at the Italia Conti Academy Of Theatre Arts where she studied Jazz, Modern, Tap, American tap, Ballet, Musical Theatre, Singing and Drama and graduated with Dance Teaching qualifications from the I.S.T.D. and Gold Medal Acting with LAMDA before embarking on a varied Theatre career. Caroline worked as a Dancer and Singer on the Cruise ship Emerald in the
Caribbean
, touring the
Greek
Islands
as Dancer for Thomson Gold Holidays and on the Cruise ship
Victoria
with P&O Cruises around the World. She then went on to work with Toyah Wilcox in the Number 1 UK Tour of Calamity Jane that then went into the
West End
.
Pop Videos include Robbie Williams “No Regrets” and Geri Halliwell “Its Raining Men”.
Theatre and Pantomime Credits Include; “Doreen”, Ace of Clubs at the Wimbledon Theatre “Aladdin” at The Middlesborough Theatre and Stockport Plaza as Fairy of the Ring and a dancer in Snow White and the seven dwarfs at the Ashcroft Theatre.
TV credits include; The Disney Club (ITV), Chalk ( BBC), The Dream Team ( Sky TV), The Generation Game (BBC), Under The Moon (Channel 4), The Big Breakfast (Channel 4) and Kangoo shoes TV commercial.
Caroline then furthered her dance teaching qualifications under the guidance of Miss Karen King and now has an Associate, Associated Diploma, FDI and CDE in Ballet, Tap & Modern and Licentiate in Modern & Tap all with the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.)
